In order to develop our students' potential to the maximum, the members of our teaching staff have wide business experience and hold postgraduate and master degrees from the best universities in Peru and abroad. They are teachers and achievers, capable of sharing their knowledge, as well as a solid ethical and moral training, with students.

INTERACTIVE METHODOLOGY

Our teaching methodology combines theoretical concepts with the management and business experience of our staff through case studies. The knowledge acquired in class is complemented by practical work and research carried out in our Research Centre. Another important characteristic of the methodology is the interaction between students and tutors, creating a dynamic learning process.

ACADEMIC ADVICE USIL

USIL gives its students a customized academic advice program to help young people adapt to university life, thus providing immediate solutions to their academic needs. The purpose of this program is to enable students to stand out and to consolidate their careers.

EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY – THE VIRTUAL UNIVERSITY

One example of our educational technology is the LEARNING SPACE technology, a “virtual university” through which all our students have Internet access, from the comfort of their homes or from anywhere in the world, to information on their courses, syllabus, classroom materials, reference books, examinations and practical work. This system of academic support creates a virtual environment for interaction that greatly enhances the learning process.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

The Business Resources Office provides advice to students and former students in order that they can obtain employment and pre-graduation experience in the most prestigious companies in Peru and abroad. This not only gives students a better understanding of the real world of business, but also provides an opportunity for companies to appreciate their qualities and standard of education, to the benefit of both parties.
